"The customer service with this insurance company has been the best!!! I don’t have to deal with voice recordings. When they say they will get you the best price for insurance, THEY DO!!! "I am really upset with the customer service. I never had problems before everybody was so nice. I always dealt with Cecilia and she was a very beautiful educated lady, she always treated me with kindness and respect! Unfortunately, I came across Priscilla, who is very unprofessional and rude. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and very sarcastically and ugly ,she told me she was the manager. I asked to speak to Michael de Los Santos and she stated he's not there and won't be back until June. Mr. Delossantos I hope and pray that these conversations are recorded I would like you to hear the way she spoke to me on May 8th at 5:24 PM. my brothers were in my living room with me when the conversation was going on, and they cannot believe the mouth on her. I am definitely going to make a report of this."

I did investigate the matter from other individuals who were present in the room and they did corroborate the details of the negative experience that you claim. It was simply and unacceptable customer service experience and I am deeply disappointed and apologetic. "My car was stolen and recovered same day, 3/30/25. Filed a claim the same day. Sent my car to the place they told me on 3/31/25. 4/29/25 I get a call and text that they will have an ADJUSTER there 4/30/25 to approve damages and ok any work!!! 30 days to perform a simple task ??! When calling to find out delay State Farm claims blamed the repair center and then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME. When calling local State Farm, Micheal De los Santos I am referred to claims because " I can't help you with that".... Really? After much back and forth local Rep. called claims and just basically verified that an adjuster would be sent out. But continued to blame the repair center for the delays when there was PROOF this was false !!! Later in the day the adjuster called...because STATE FARM did NOT disclose location of my vehicle!!! WTH I called my local agent for some kind of help. I am a family of 6 using a back up car that fits 4 not thinking this would be an ordeal. Asking for a rental. We can't go out to eat as a family. No trips. No outings. Long story short....kind of... another " story" on why the delay, 'they got confused and were trying to finish your last claim'. REALLY.. thats the version we are going with now ? After FOUR agents demanded and protested that it was the repair shop that delayed because they supposedly JUST called today !!! Now we are walking that back and saying they got " confused" and " were trying to close an old claim". From LAST YEAR. BS A rental was offered.. at 25 dollar a day my expense. Up to 750$. When I reminded that was not a olive branch or a fair way to make it right. I was told that it was a " curtesy ". REALLY?? Dame curtesy that was offered 3.30.25 under my COVERAGE too!??!!!! I was told by Cecelia that it was NOT covered under my plan and it was a curtesy that was offered due to mix up, " best I can do". " you don't have rental"! ODD, I have my policy which states different. And claims department which states different. I verified with claims this point. Called Cecilia back, left a message ShOCKER, going on day two with no return call to at least apologize. I may not pay for Rental and Travel. But under Comprehensive Coverage you are eligible for a rental under "loss" " damage" at 25 dollars a day up to 750$. Why is it that the person who is in charge of my policy doesn't know how to interpret, manage and decipher said policy... THAT is concerning. ( I find it hard that 4 people in the claims department are the incorrect ones) I pay for coverage. I pay for a service. I PAY on time. And NO one knows what they are doing, NO one is held accountable. Professionalism doesn't exist and the way customers are spoken to, treated and lied to is APPALLING!!!! They gaslight you , talk down to you and when you get frustrated it seems to provide personal entertainment for them. Oh FYI.. my last claim. They played hide the check and tired my truck up for THREE MONTHS!!! See why I would like rental. I called Cecilia that time... she made a call. Thought that was fixed . Quick to ask for a Google review. Check was NOT sent after that call. Waiting to see the retaliatory behavior after this... increase fee, refusal of claim, cancelation of policy...."
